CRAFT by Anika was contracted to undertake a renovation project for a 3 bedroom 3 ½ bath condo located in Staten Island, NY that was preparing to be relisted for sale. The home was not receiving offers due to the condition it was in. The owner needed the best solution possible while being on a very tight budget. The scope started as interior decorating and extensive home organization to the entire space but some renovations were needed. 

The team at CRAFT by Anika was up for the challenge and got right to work. We assessed the repairs that needed to be done, such as fixing leaky faucets, valves, water damage to flooring and repairing damaged drywall. We assisted the client in obtaining licensed and insured contractors to make the repairs. Once the repairs were completed, we moved on to the home organization aspect of the project.

CRAFT by Anika worked with the condo owner to declutter and organize each room in a way that maximized space and functionality. They also helped the owner get rid of items they no longer needed and provided storage solutions to keep the space tidy and organized.
