Located in Staten Island, NY this specialty consulting and design firm was reimagined by CRAFT by Anika to reflect professionalism, polish, and purposeful branding. From the welcoming reception to the private offices and collaborative spaces, every square foot was thoughtfully considered to support both function and visual impact. The result is a balanced workplace that reflects the client’s values while remaining adaptable for future growth.

For the reception area, we guided our client on the importance of strong branding and the role interior design plays in reinforcing it. We developed a clean, confident aesthetic, incorporating the firm’s logo as a focal point and using durable materials, subtle texture, and layered lighting to create a space that feels grounded and welcoming. The design sets the tone for the rest of the office, offering a professional first impression.

The conference room was designed to feel grounded, polished, and elevated while maintaining a sense of warmth. It serves as a dedicated space where the team can connect with clients and collaborate internally, offering an environment that is professional yet approachable.

CRAFT by Anika designed the conference room to balance clean architectural lines with carefully selected finishes. A neutral palette keeps the space clear and focused, while layered lighting and purposeful furnishings add depth and comfort. Integrated storage and concealed technology support productivity, allowing the room to shift seamlessly between presentations and quiet strategy sessions.

Our client expressed a love for reclaimed wood, steel, and vintage leather which became the inspiration for the executive office design. A custom live-edge walnut desk with industrial details anchors the space, complemented by floating shelves on steel brackets and a bespoke dry bar.

Warm leather seating introduces comfort and refinement, while personal artifacts and industrial lamps add a curated and authentic touch. The result is a private office that speaks directly to our client’s style.

The seating area features a vintage-inspired tufted leather sofa and clean-lined armchairs, layered over a luxe area rug to introduce comfort and texture. A burnished metal coffee table grounds the space while echoing the room’s industrial design elements.

The glass partition keeps the office visually connected to the shared workspace, while integrated motorized shades provide instant privacy when needed. Every design detail was carefully considered to support productivity, offer flexibility, and reinforce the firm’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

This zone was designed to prioritize clarity and workflow. Our client needed a space where employees could stay focused throughout the day without visual clutter or interruption. The layout is clean and practical, with workstations positioned to maximize both individual concentration and team communication.

Matching dual-monitor setups, height-adjustable desks, and streamlined equipment were selected to support long working hours with minimal fatigue.

A glass partition separates the workspace from the executive office and is outfitted with motorized shades to allow instant privacy when required. The LVP flooring continues throughout the entire office to provide visual continuity and easy maintenance.

Subtle design choices, like low-profile wall accents and open sightlines, help maintain a cohesive environment while reinforcing the firm’s commitment to thoughtful, functional design.
